Eligibility
If you are aged 65 or older, an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander person aged 50 or older, or a younger person in exceptional circumstances, you may be eligible to access government-funded Home Care Services. You may be eligible for a Commonwealth Home Support Program, a Home Care Package, or you may choose Privately Funded Home Care Services.
