What the services offers
AnglicareSA’s Supported Residential Facilities (SRF) Program is for residents living in SRFs in the north and south of Adelaide, assisting each individual to establish and reach their own goals in the areas of:
- Living skills
- Budgeting
- Personal development
- Health-care management
- Social and community inclusion
- Shopping assistance
This is achieved through individual support with a Community Support Worker, group activities and in partnership with other agencies and services.
Who can access the service
People living in SRFs who have high and complex needs and are eligible for a support package through the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion (DCSI) SRF Intake and Support team.
Steps on how to access the service
The DCSI SRF Intake and Support Team refers individuals to the program. Self-referral is not available.
