The Mental Health Individual Support program is for people living with a combination of disabilities, mental illness and sometimes complex behaviours.
What the services offers
Clients have an AnglicareSA worker to support them to identify goals and then walk along side to meet those goals. Individual Support focuses on strengths and what people can do, rather than want they can’t.
Mental Health Individual Support is recovery-based and supports people to be independent and lead a full and rewarding life in their community.
Who can access the service
People seeking support via the NDIS package, individual funding or fee for service arrangements.
