Since 2021, we have been actively reviewing its reconciliation journey to drive real and lasting change. With support from Reconciliation SA, we want to ensure our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) includes meaningful actions that promote inclusivity and cultural competency. Additionally, we have partnered with Tauondi Aboriginal College for over a decade to deliver Reconciliation in the West, an annual National Reconciliation Week event that brings together hundreds of community members to celebrate and strengthen relationships with First Nations peoples.

This is supported by our RAP commitments, which include strengthening partnerships with First Nations businesses and organisations.
