Quality service recognised again
18 November 2025
For the second year running AnglicareSA’s Home Care Services has been recognised by the Reader’s Digest, taking home a Silver in the 2026 Quality Service Award survey based on customer satisfaction.
With close to 300 Home Care employees supporting in excess of 2,500 older South Australians, AnglicareSA’s Home Care services are delivered with compassion, respect, and clinical excellence to help people to continue to live the life they choose, whether it is staying active and healthy, keeping up social activities with friends, or exploring new and different opportunities.
Head of Community Aged Care, Sam Laubsch, said quality was the enabler of people being able to remain living in their own homes and connected to their communities. “AnglicareSA does this through providing expert nursing, allied health, and care support when there are complex health or social needs, as well as for people wanting to remain as healthy, fit, and independent as possible.”
AnglicareSA Chief Executive Officer, Grant Reubenicht, said the quality of our services were critically important for the people we serve. “I am proud that our Home Care employees and generous volunteers have again been recognised for their continued commitment and dedication to the health and wellbeing of our customers,” he said.
