The Create Your Future Expo returns to Adelaide in October, 2025
Back for its second year, the CREATE Your Future Expo is all about supporting young South Australians living in out-of-home care as they take steps toward independent living. Proudly supported by CREATE Foundation and Key Assets Australia.
The transition to adulthood can be a challenging period for care leavers as they try to navigate complex systems to access housing, education and employment, often without adequate support from a trusted adult.
The 2025 CREATE Your Future Expo: My Path, My Future will give young South Australians the opportunity to access vital resources and information from dozens of services, on the one day and all under the same roof.
Come and say hi to our Leaving and Post Care Services team (including Spoon the puppy 🐕) at this year’s Create Foundation Create Your Future Expo!
What to expect:
- Support with housing, jobs, health and finances
- Friendly service providers with no pressure
- Workshops covering essential life skills
- Free stuff, pizza lunch, good vibes and a chance to win an iPad thanks to Sortli app
