AnglicareSA provides the Launch 180 program, a tailored service supporting young people aged 16 to 18 as they transition to independent adult life. The program offers high-level support initially, which gradually decreases as participants gain independence. Services include assistance with living arrangements, skill development, and community connection.

The Reconnect program is a community-based early intervention service designed to assist young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program aims to stabilise their living situations and improve engagement with family, education, employment, and the community.

The Reconnect program is a community-based early intervention service designed to assist young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The program aims to stabilise their living situations and improve engagement with family, education, employment, and the community.
You may be able to receive support through PCSS if you have experienced out of home care for six months or more in South Australia, or are now living in SA after experiencing out of home care for six months or more interstate. This might include Department for Child Protection residential care, foster care or kinship care.
Although our priority group is people aged 17-25 years, the program sometimes provides support to people outside of this age group, depending on their circumstances.
Am I eligible for support through Post Care Support Service?
You may be able to receive support through PCSS if you have experienced out of home care for six months or more in South Australia, or are now living in SA after experiencing out of home care for six months or more interstate. This might include Department for Child Protection residential care, foster care or kinship care.
Although our priority group is people aged 17-25 years, the program sometimes provides support to people outside of this age group, depending on their circumstances.
We offer immediate access to safe housing, tenancy coaching, life skills support, and tailored case management to help with education, employment, wellbeing, and community connection.
