What the services offers:
The Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaMs) program is for people living with a severe mental illness that affects their ability to function on a day-to-day basis. Clients have an AnglicareSA worker to support them to identify new opportunities and gain access to appropriate services and programs.
PHaMs focuses on strengths and what people can do, rather than want they can’t. PHaMs is Rrecovery-based and supports people to lead a full and rewarding life in their community.
This PHaMs covers the Barossa, Gawler, Mallala and Light regions.
