The NDIS stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme and is overseen by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA).
The NDIS is the new way that disability services are funded and delivered in Australia; with the most significant change being that for the first time people with a disability will have choice and control over who delivers the services requested in order for that person to receive supports, enabling them to live and independent life and achieve the goals that are important to them.

AnglicareSA has employed an NDIS Customer Advocate who can assist you to understand the NDIS and how it will affect your personal situation.
Our NDIS Customer Advocate can be contacted either by phone or email and you can organise to meet with them in person at a time and place convenient to you.
